Messages usually get a reply within one or two business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern time. If you're writing about a correction, include the page URL and the sentence or number you're asking about. It speeds up the fact-check on our end. For pine straw questions tied to a specific project, the more detail you share (bed dimensions, slope, soil, pine straw variety), the more useful the reply will be.
